FERC Order No. 714 requires that all tariffs, tariff revisions and rate change applications be filed electronically starting April 1, 2010 using a set of standards and protocols developed by NAESB and adopted by the FERC. FERC has dedicated a website for all information and an electronic test site to aid in the development of software by vendors.
