The guiding principles behind our privacy policy are as follows:

A complete electronic business-to-business solutions using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) providing consulting, software solution, custom systems, transaction management, service-bureau processing, customized transaction and trading partner management software, on-site and hosted software implementation, store-and-forward Internet hub service, point-to-point connectivity, and total outsourced service bureau processing.
Systrends USA offers a web-based hosted service for eTariffManager solutions.
Our privacy policy applies to all of our visitors and customers.
Anonymous Access and Automatic Information Collection.
You can access this Systrends USA websites and browse them without disclosing any personal information.
The web servers used by Systrends USA will log the IP address of any visitor for the purposes of security and to manage our website, but this information is otherwise anonymous.
Systrends USA does not automatically log personal data nor does Systrends USA link information automatically logged by other means with personal information about specific individuals.
Systrends USA does not access or use cookies to track or store any web browser data.
When you send Systrends USA email messages or call Systrends USA by telephone, Systrends USA may retain the content of your email or telephone messages, together with your email address and Systrends USA's response to you.
The content of email or telephone messages may be retained for six months. This data may be retained longer than six months if it is related to or supports a specific business process or transaction.
 
Data Collection and User Choice
 
Visitors to websites operated by Systrends USA may be asked to disclose some personal information to Systrends USA. When a website visitor elects to register for a demonstration of the eTariff system, Systrends USA will collect and use personal information for the purpose of providing the demonstration. Any information collected is given voluntarily by a Systrends USA customer, and is protected from misuse by Systrends USA.
Systrends USA may disclose our customers' personal information to our subsidiaries or other organizations to process payments. Customers will be given the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure. Systrends USA however may not be able to provide some or all of its services to any customer who does not wish to disclose this personal information.
Systrends USA may be compelled to release personal information by a court of law, or other legal or regulatory authorities. We may also disclose personal information to a purchaser as part of a merger or sale of shares or assets of Systrends USA. If so, our policy is to release information only to the extent that we are reasonably required to do so. In certain circumstances, Systrends USA may have to collect, use, or release information to protect Systrends USA from loss or damage.
 
Further use of Data
 
Systrends USA may review and analyze our customers' use of our products and services to help protect customers from unauthorized use of accounts, and to help us serve them better.
Systrends USA shall protect your personal information from disclosure to third parties using a reasonable degree of care, and does not otherwise use or disclose your personal information except as follows:
Systrends USA may disclose your personal information to Systrends USA affiliates for the purpose of administering or performing services.

All personal information submitted to Systrends USA can be sent to a customer by their choice of email or regular mail. Systrends USA may require proof of identity to allow access to this information.
Systrends USA allows you to challenge the personal information that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may:

  • rectify or amend
  • complete the information in question 
 
Systrends USA reserves the right to refuse to provide visitors or customers with a copy of their personal information, but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal information if you can provide reliable alternate means of identification.
 
OPT OUT FROM FURTHER MARKETING FROM SYSTRENDS USA
